Fred Miller, PMP, CMS

Mr. Miller has 25 years of experience delivering technology solutions to government customers. His experience includes Project and Program Management, with an emphasis on Agile delivery techniques that leverage Transparency, Inspection, and Adaptation to continually improve team performance. Mr. Miller leverages strengths Software Computer, Cloud, and Network Engineering, as well as Data Management and Governance to provide solution architectures that are tuned to each programs needs, with an eye towards efficiency. He also leverages the concepts of Business Process Engineering to develop operational and management frameworks for customer success. For Arbor Research, Mr. Miller leads the Health IT division, with responsibility for growth, delivery, and success. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the Virginia Tech Engineering program.
