Adeshile graduated from the Universite Polytechnique Internationale Du Benin with a degree in Business Management (B.sc). She is an experienced database administrator and currently works at Arbor Research. Her technical experience focuses on medical and health research information, and operations information for tax and accounting software development. As a database administrator at Arbor Research, she supports various projects including the Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study (DOPPS) and the National Living Donor Assistance Program (NLDAC), including the NLDAC online application, website, and research activities and the Production task on all servers.
