Arbor Research is pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Miller as its new Health IT Program Director. In this pivotal role, Mr. Miller will lead the strategic growth and delivery of our newly launched Health IT practice, positioning Arbor Research to meet the evolving digital health needs of federal agencies and industry partners alike.

Mr. Miller brings more than 25 years of proven experience delivering innovative technology solutions to government customers. His expertise spans software and cloud engineering, network architecture, and data management and governance. Throughout his career, he has championed Agile delivery methodologies that emphasize transparency, continuous improvement, and exceptional team performance. His approach combines technical excellence with business process engineering to create operational frameworks that consistently drive customer success.

A Virginia Tech engineering graduate, Mr. Miller holds certifications as both a Project Management Professional and Certified Management Specialist, underscoring his commitment to industry best practices.

Arbor’s Health IT practice already features a seasoned team whose contributions have been instrumental to our success. From ArborLink electronic data capture to our portfolio of CQI (continuous quality improvement) initiatives in support of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, including MEDIC, MOQC, and MUSIC, to more than a dozen federally funded projects for CMS and NIH, as well as privately funded data coordinating center implementations, our team has established a track record of excellence.

Under Mr. Miller’s leadership, these proven capabilities will evolve beyond their current supporting roles to become standalone solutions. By integrating configurable workflows, rigorous data governance, and agile delivery methods, we’re positioned to address the expanding demands of both federal agencies and industry partners.
