Senior Programmer II

Ms. Halbleib joined Arbor Research in March 2015. She is a database developer for the electronic data collection and reporting software, ArborLink. She has implemented and supported a variety of ArborLink projects, including the Childhood Liver Disease Research Network (ChiLDReN), the Nephrotic Syndrome Rare Diseases Clinical Research Study Network (NEPTUNE), and a PSC Partners-sponsored study for primary sclerosing cholangitis (WIND-PSC). In 2023 she implemented the DOPPS Baxter Theranova observational study using REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture). In 2024 she contributed to the implementation of a data exchange based on the FHIR standard (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) for the Michigan Oncology Quality Consortium (MOQC) project. She has extensive experience in software development, implementation methodology and project management, as well as experience in various programming languages, product management, technical sales support, data warehousing and reporting. She has an AS degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
